8. Notarial certificate proving that the aforementioned act complies with the article 36A of Law 3386/2005

Documentation that proves the applicant possesses assets whose value exceed €250.000 (i.e. official certification from a globally recognized bank or other financial organization or any recognized securities depository proving that the applicant owns bank accounts or other securities, i.e. bonds or shares, of the mentioned value)
